如何在快速移民通道中建档 How to Create an Online Express Entry Profile
加拿大移民局通过评估移民申请人在快速通道中建立的线上档案，评估其是否符合通过技术类项目移民加拿大的基本资格。在“建档”的过程中，候选人需要遵循以下步骤。
Online Express Entry profiles enable the Canadian government to assess whether a skilled immigration applicant is eligible to immigrate to Canada. In order to create an Express Entry profile, applicants must follow a number of steps.

1. 参加语言能力测试 Take a Language Test
快速通道系统中的所有技术类移民项目，都要求申请人能够证明自己至少掌握加拿大两种官方语言，英语或法语中的一种。候选人需要参与被加拿大政府认可的移民语言测试，并在建档时将语言水平分级 CLB结果纳入其中。同时申请人必须保证其语言测试成绩在移民递交当天依旧有效，测试的有效期为两年。如测试成绩将于申请递交前失效，申请人应选择以下一项：
- 再次测试，或
- 确保在成绩过期前递交申请，或
- 拒绝移民邀请函
All the skilled immigration programs that are part of the Express Entry system require applicants to prove their knowledge in at least one of Canada’s two official languages, English or French. Skilled immigration applicants must thus complete a government-approved language test and include the test results (CLB) in their profile. At the same time, applicants must ensure that their language test results are still valid on the day of immigration submission, and the test is valid for two years. If the test results will be invalid before the submission of the application, the applicant should select one of the following:
- Be tested again, or
- Make sure to submit their application before the results expire, or
- Decline their invitation to apply
2. 获取海外学历认证 Get Your Foreign Education Credentials Assessed
如有必要，在加拿大以外接受教育的申请人，需要对其海外文凭进行学历认证。通过联邦技术移民 FSW 递交移民申请的候选人必须进行学历认证；而通过经验类移民 CEC 或联邦技工移民 FST 项目递交移民申请时，学历认证不是必须的。
尽管并非快速通道下所有的移民项目都强制申请人进行学历认证；但尽早获取海外学历认证，都能在某种程度上帮助候选人在快速通道综合打分系统 CRS 中获取更高的评分。因此，我们强烈建议所有拥有海外教育背景的申请人，尽早着手准备学历认证。
Applicants who were educated outside of Canada should have their diplomas assessed in order to ensure that their foreign education is equivalent to a similar Canadian education. Obtaining a credential assessment is mandatory for anyone who wants to immigrate to Canada under the Federal Skilled Worker Program. The assessment is NOT mandatory if the applicant is applying under the Federal Skilled Trade Program or the Canadian Experience Class.
While a credential assessment is not mandatory for all Express Entry programs, a successful assessment can greatly increase an applicant’s chances of success regardless of the Express Entry program under which he or she applies. It is thus recommended that all applicants under all Express Entry programs obtain a credential assessment.
3. 明确国家职业分类 Determine Your National Occupational Classification (NOC-TEER)
所有通过快速通道系统申请移民的候选人，都需要证明其所从事的工作对应的相关岗位积累的工作经验，符合加拿大国家职业分类 NOC 数据库中对某一特定职业的基本描述。只有具备以下工作经验的候选人，才能符合“入池”条件：
- TEER 0：管理类岗位
- TEER 1：通常需要大学学位
- TEER 2：通常需要学院文凭、两年或以上学徒培训，或从事主管岗位
- TEER 3：通常需要学院文凭、两年以下学徒培训，或完成至少6个月的在职培训
In order to successfully immigrate to Canada using the Express Entry system, all applicants must be able to show that their work experience meets the definition of an occupation that is included in Canada’s National Occupation Classification (NOC) database. Note: Only applicants with the following types of work experience may apply for immigration under the Express Entry System.
- TEER 0: Management occupations
- TEER 1: Occupations that usually require a university degree
- TEER 2: Occupations that usually require a college diploma, apprenticeship training of two or more years, or supervisory occupations
- TEER 3: Occupations that usually require a college diploma, apprenticeship training of less than two years, or more than six months of on-the-job training
4. 明确是否符合入池条件 Determine Your Eligibility for Express Entry
申请人可以在建当前使用加拿大移民局官网上的线上工具判断其是否符合快速移民通道的“入池”条件。如有疑问，可以向我们的移民顾问咨询。确认符合基本条件后，可以使用我们的线上算分工具计算在综合评分系统 CRS 中的分数。在使用移民官网线上工具前，候选人需要：
- 已经参加语言测试
- 明确其工作经验在加拿大国家职业分类中的类型与技术等级
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s website contain an online toolthat can help applicants determine whether or not they are eligible to use the Express Entry system. This tool must be used before an Express Entry profile can be created. Note: In order to use the tool, applicants must:
- Already have taken a language test
- Identify the National Occupation Classification (NOC) skill type or level under which they will be applying.
5. 建立快速通道档案 Build your Express Entry profile
如移民候选人通过线上测试表明其具备快速移民通道“入池”条件，即可开始着手建档。在建档过程中，需要提供以下信息：
- 身份与年龄
- 联系方式
- 详细的教育背景信息
- 详细的工作经验证明
- 语言能力证明
- 加拿大生存适应性能力因素证明
- 家庭结构信息
- 如有，需提供配偶或同居伴侣信息
为了高效完整的建档，申请人还需将以下信息置于手边：
- 护照及旅行证件
- 工作岗位职称，以及最符合国家职业分类中，对其工作内容描述的岗位代码
- 语言测试成绩
- 如适用，海外学历证明
- 如申请人已被加拿大雇主聘用，请提供聘书副本
- 如申请人已获得省提名，请提供省提名信
If the online tool determines that you are eligible to apply for Express Entry immigration, you will be able to begin building your Express Entry profile. Applicants must provide the following information in their Express Entry profiles
- Identity and age
- Contact Information
- A detailed account of their educational historyA detailed account of their work experience
- Language proficiency
- Factors that facilitate their adaptability to life in Canada
- Family composition
- Information on their spouse or common-law partner, if applicable
In order to successfully complete a profile, applicants must also have in hand:
- Their passport or travel document
- The title and code of the occupation that best describes their work experience as stated in the National Occupation Classification Database.
- Language test results.
- Foreign Educational Credential assessment result, if necessary.
- A copy of a written job offer from a Canadian employer (if the applicant has been offered a job).
- Proof of provincial nomination for permanent residence (if the candidate has received a provincial nomination).
- Personal reference code from IRCC’s online eligibility verification tool (see step 4 above). All applicants will receive a reference code upon the successful use of the online tool.
6. 提交档案入池 Submit Your Profile
当移民候选人提供所有必要信息成功建档后，需要提交该档案“入池”。入池后会收到：
- 快速通道档案号
- 求职验证码
发生以下情况时，上述档案号及验证码需要被提供：
- 需要在「工作银行」上进行注册
- 收到省提名信
如候选人的个人资料满足快速通道入池条件，并符合快速通道系统下辖的三个移民项目之一（加拿大经验类、联邦技术移民、联邦技工移民）；候选人即可入池。
需要注意的是：成功建档与入池，并不意味着候选人将100%收到移民邀请。只有在通过综合打分系统评分，且在某次抽取中超过最低分时，才会收到被动移民申请邀请函，之后才能递交完整的移民申请材料。
Once your profile has been completed and all necessary information has been provided, the profile should be submitted. Once the profile is submitted, you will receive:
- An Express Entry profile number, and
- A job seeker validation code
Applicants will need these numbers if:
- They will be registering for the Job Bank (see below)
- They have received nominations for permanent residence from a provincial or territorial government.
If your profile fulfills the Express Entry requirements as well as the criteria for one of the three Express Entry Immigration programs (Skilled Worker, Skilled Trade or Canada Experience Class), you will be placed into the Express Entry candidate pool.
Important Note: Successful entry into the pool DOES NOT mean that you will automatically be invited to apply for permanent residence. Once applicants enter the pool, they will be assessed a score using the Comprehensive Ranking System. Only if the score meets the lowest score that is set by the Immigration Minister during a periodic draw, will an applicant be invited to apply for permanent residence.
7. 在工作银行中注册 Register with Job Bank
目前，快速通道系统已不强制要求候选人在「工作银行」中进行注册。有需要寻找雇主或相关工作机会的候选人可以与我们的移民规划师取得联系。
Job Bank registration is NO LONGER mandatory for Express Entry candidates. Candidates who require job search assistance are strongly encouraged to contact our consultants.
8. 及时变更信息 Update Your Information
如申请人的以下信息发生改变，需及时更新其在快速移民通道“池”中的个人档案：
- 工作经历或性质发生改变
- 收到新的语言测试结果
- 获取新的教育文凭
- 如出现添丁、死亡、婚配、离异、子女成年等家庭结构发生改变的事件
通常而言，快速通道候选人档案有效期为1年，但某些情况的发生可能导致该档案的失效：
- 申请人不再符合快速通道或技术类移民的基本条件
- 申请人收到被动移民申请邀请函 ITA
如申请人主动拒绝移民申请邀请函 ITA，其在快速移民通道“池”中的档案将恢复有效。如申请人没有在1年的有效期内被“抽取”，其档案将被自动删除；需要重新建档“入池”。
All candidates must update their Express Entry profile if:
- The nature of their work experience changes
- They receive new language test results
- They obtain a new educational diploma.
- There is a change in their family composition, such as birth, death, marriage, divorce, a child in the family is no longer a dependant
An Express Entry profile remains valid for one year. However, an Express Entry profile could become invalid before one year passes if:
- The applicant no longer meets relevant Express Entry or skilled immigration program criteria.
- The applicant has received an invitation to apply for permanent residence.
Note: Applicants who decline an invitation to apply for permanent residence will see their profiles become valid again. An Express Entry profile remains valid even if a candidate updates the information on the profile. If one year passes without a candidate receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residence, his or her profile will be deleted from the pool.
