阿省快速通道省提名 Alberta Express Entry Stream

阿省快速通道类别允许阿省政府从联邦快速通道系统中筛选一定数额的合规候选人。与阿省存在密切关系，或能够帮助支持阿省经济及地区多样化发展的候选人可能获邀申请阿省省提名。省提名获批后即可在快速通道中获得600分加分。加拿大全境范围内高等教育机构国际毕业生，也可在此类别下递交省提名申请。

该类别属于被动邀请性质，候选人只有收到阿省政府邀请才能递交省提名申请。目前只有快速通道池中NOC 0/A/B类，即NOC-TEER 0/1/2/3类别的候选人有机会获得邀请。

Based on available profile information in the federal Express Entry portal, Alberta may send a Notification of Interest letter or invite candidates to apply to the program depending on the selection factors or pathway design. Profile information is self-declared by candidates in the federal Express Entry pool. The eligibility cut-off for Express Entry is now TEER 3 (equivalent to Skill Level B).

• 通过加拿大经验类、联邦技术移民或联邦技工移民移民任一种方式入池联邦快速通道，并保持快速通道账号处于活跃状态。
• 正在从事能够支持阿省经济发展和多样化发展的职业
• 表达希望在阿省长期居住、生活的意愿
• 快速通道综合综合打分系统最低300分

Minimum requirement:

• you have an active Express Entry profile in the federal Express Entry pool
• you meet the criteria of at least one of the federal immigration programs managed by Express Entry:
  • Canadian Experience Class
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program
  • Federal Skilled Worker Program
• your primary occupation in your federal Express Entry profile is an occupation in demand, included as part of a specific Express Entry stream pathway, or is identified an occupation connected to a provincial economic, sector or occupational priority
• you intend to live and work permanently in Alberta and have stated an interest in immigrating permanently to Alberta
• you have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 300
• your primary occupation is not on the Alberta Opportunity Stream Ineligible Occupations list
• AAIP volume of applications or nominations for your primary occupation in the current calendar year is considered reasonable to meet provincial economic immigration priorities
• intend to and be able to live and work in Alberta
• you are neither a refugee claimant nor subject to a federal appeal or removal process
• AAIP cannot intervene in the federal refugee claim, appeal or removal process
• you do not have an active nomination under any AAIP stream
• an active nomination is one that has not expired or is eligible for extension, or both
• you are not currently identified as ineligible to re-apply to the AAIP due to misrepresentation

Factors that increase your chances of selection

Your chances of receiving a Notification of Interest letter or preference from the AAIP may increase if:

• you have an Alberta job offer
• you are a graduate of a Canadian post-secondary institution
• you have a parent, child, or sibling who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Alberta
• French is your first language
• your Express Entry profile is valid for more than 5 months

If you claimed any of these factors in your Express Entry profile at the time you received your Notification of Interest letter, your application may be assessed against them.
