阿省机遇类别 Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS)
阿省机遇类别适用于已经在该省全职工作，并已拥有阿省雇主提供的合规职业全职工作机会的外籍劳工。省提名候选人必须持有基于获批的劳动力市场评估的工作许可，或合规的可以豁免劳动力市场影响评估的工作许可。候选人需要同时满足其他的居住、工签类型、职业、语言、教育、工作经验、阿省工作机会以及省内工作经验方面的最低要求。
The Alberta Opportunity Stream is for temporary foreign workers who are already working full-time in Alberta and have a full-time job offer from an Alberta employer in an eligible occupation. Candidates must have a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or hold one of the accepted LMIA exemption work permits. Candidates must also meet other minimum eligibility criteria for residency and work permit type, occupation, language, education, Alberta job offer and work experience.

居住身份及工作许可要求 Residency, Work Permit Requirements
递交省提名申请及申请审理期间，候选人必须在阿省居住、工作、生活，并持有有效的工作许可。暗示身份及身份恢复不符合要求。有效工签必须基于以下其中一项：
- 基于劳动力市场影响评估的工作许可
- 根据联邦移民局规定，获得针对国际技工协议、跨国公司内部调派或国际加拿大经验覆盖下，对于工作许可申请人的劳动力市场影响评估豁免
- 满足特定职业、学历及工作经验要求，且毕业于阿省公立高等教育机构的毕业后工签持有人
- 根据联邦移民局针对开放式工作许可政策，为之前或当前毕业于阿省公立高等教育机构毕业生颁发的开放式工签、香港毕业生开放式工签，或乌克兰移民政策对应的开放式工签。
解读：海外客户劳动力市场影响评估LMIA办工签可以，香港潜水艇计划工签可以，阿省留学生毕业后工签可以。
At the time your application is submitted, and at the time the AAIP assesses your application, you must have a valid temporary resident status in Canada that authorizes you to work in Canada, that is, a temporary foreign worker permit. you must have a valid work permit – not status maintained during processing (formerly implied status) or restoration status.
Valid work permits are based on one of the following:
- a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)
- a LMIA exemption for workers based on one of the following exemptions as determine by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) held by a graduate of an Alberta Advanced Education publicly funded post-secondary institution
- an open work permit issued under one of IRCC’s open work permit public policies
职业要求 Occupation Requirements
递交省提名申请及申请审理期间，候选人必须在正在阿省从事合规职业，并且申请人所从事的职业与之前的工作经验相匹配。不在阿省机遇类负面职业清单上的大部分NOC 0/A/B/C/D，即NOC-TEER 0/1/2/3/4/5类工作都符合申请条件。
毕业后工签持有人还需满足，省提名申请递交及审理期间在阿省就业，所从事的职业必须与在阿省学习的专业相关。
2019年4月1日之后被阿省高等教育机构录取并完成一年制研究生文凭课程的申请人，所学的研文专业方向必须与之前在加拿大境外专上学习专业方向相关，同时所从事的职业也必须与研文学习专业相关。
At the time your application is submitted, and at the time the AAIP assesses your application, you must work in an eligible occupation in Alberta. Occupation requirements also apply to your work experience and job offer. The occupation you are working in at the time your application is submitted is your ‘current occupation’.
Most occupations under National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill levels 0, A, B, C and D are eligible under the AAIP. Most occupations under NOC TEER Categories 0, 1, 2, 3 4 and 5 are eligible under the AAIP. Ineligible occupations
If you are a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) holder, your occupation must also be related to your field of study in Alberta. If you started attending your Alberta credential program on or after April 1, 2019 and you have completed an Advanced Education-approved one-year post-diploma certificate or post-baccalaureate certificate, your occupation must also be related to your previous post-secondary field of study outside Canada.

提交申请时需要提交有效的英语或法语成绩。语言成绩，以参加考试之日起计算两年内有效。
- NOC-TEER 0/1/2/3类职业从业者需满足，CLB5的语言水平
- NOC-TEER 4/5类职业从业者需满足，CLB4的语言水平
- 从事NOC33102，即护士助理、护理员、病患服务专员，则需满足CLB7的语言水平
You must demonstrate you meet the following language test score in English or French at the time that you submit your application. You must meet the scores based on a single test result. Official test results must be less than 2 years old at the time your application was submitted. The date used to determine the age of your tests results is the date you took the test, not the date your test results were released. The AAIP will not accept confirmation of registration to take a language test in place of a test result.

非毕业后工签持有人 Except Post-Graduation Work Permit Holders
2021年1月1日起，非毕业后工签持有人必须拥有符合阿省标准的最低高中学历，境外申请人需要通过学历认证。
As of January 1, 2021, at the time your application is submitted, you must have completed a minimum of high school education equivalent to Canadian standards. You must provide a copy of an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) issued by an organization designated by IRCC for your highest level of education. If your ECA report shows that your credential is not equal to completion of Canadian high school or the foreign educational institution is not recognized, you do not meet the education requirement.
毕业后工签持有人 Post-Graduation Work Permit Holders
毕业后工签持有人必须毕业于阿省公立高等教育机构，同时在2019年4月1日后不再接受一年制证书文凭。一年制研究生文凭、两年制学院大专、大学本科、硕士学位、专上毕业后文凭都被接受。
Your credential must be issued by an Alberta Advanced Education publicly funded post-secondary institution. If you started attending your Alberta credential program on or after April 1, 2019, your credential must be one of the following Alberta Advanced Education approved credentials:
- post-diploma certificate or post-baccalaureate certificate (minimum 1 year in length)
- diploma program (minimum 2 years in length)
- undergraduate bachelor’s degree
- graduate level degree
- graduate level certificate
- graduate level diploma
工作经验要求 Work Experience Requirements
申请人当前所从事的职业必须与省提名申请递交时所从事的职业一致。申请递交及审批时，申请人所从事的职业必须与其工作经验相匹配。
工作经验必须满足以下全部要求：
- 截止到申请时，申请人在过去18个月中至少累积12个月的，当前职业阿省全职工作经验；或
- 截止到申请时，申请人在过去30个月中至少累积24个月的，当前职业全职工作经验。加拿大境内或境外累积的工作经验均被认可。
- 如果申请人是阿省毕业后工签持有人，需满足在过去18个月中至少累积6个月的，当前职业阿省全职工作经验。
- 工作经验必须满足全职性质，即每周工作不少于30小时。
- 不认可在加拿大学习期间从事的实习性质的工作经验，除非符合带新实习且全职工作、实习工作经验与当前职业直接相关，且实习工作经验全部在阿省境内累积。
- 所有申请人必须满足所从事的职业要求执照、注册或证书。即，如果在阿省从事强制认证的技工类工作，申请人需持有阿省学徒及技工协会AIT认证的技工证书；如果从事儿童保育工作，则必须持有2级或3级幼儿教育工作者有效证书。
雇主录用工作机会要求 Job Offer Requirements
申请人必须持有能够在阿省从事当前职业的，由真实阿省雇主颁发的全职工作聘书，并正在阿省为该雇主工作。合规阿省雇主必须根据加拿大省级、地区或议会立法机构的法案进行注册，并在阿省境内作为拥有既定生产能力的工厂或企业进行经营。
申请人必须与雇主共同签署工作聘书Job Offer，聘书需满足：
- 持续且带新工作
- 全职，即每周工作不少于30小时的工作
- 12个月或以上的工作
- 从事当前职业的工作
- 从事符合工作许可要求的阿省优势移民项目合规职业
- 兼职、独立承包人、企业主或临时雇员、企业登记系统CORES上登记为阿省雇主的董事、股东或代理人、在阿省没有商业或工业办公地点的申请人、远程办公人员都不符合要求
