加拿大语言水平分级指南 Canadian Language Benchmark Guide (CLB)
用于移民申请评估时，所有被认可的标准化语言测试成绩，都将转化为加拿大语言水平分级（CLB）相对应的10个不同等级。
加拿大许多联邦移民项目要求申请人证明，其能够在某种程度上使用加拿大官方语言英语和法语中的一种或两种。能够数量掌握英法任一语言的新移民往往更容易在加拿大就业并适应新的生活。为评估申请人的语言能力，移民官将要求申请人提供相应的语言测试成绩。
English and/or French language tests are evaluated for immigration purposes by using the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) levels.
Many of Canada’s immigration programs require applicants to demonstrate a certain level of proficiency in one or both of Canada’s official languages, English and French. Immigrants who are able to communicate in one of the official languages often find it easier to find a job and adapt to life in a new country. In order to assess language proficiency, immigration officials will request scores from an approved language test.

雅思 International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

Commonly referred to as the IELTS, this test is designed to evaluate English-language proficiency. The IELTS exam is offered at test centers in many countries around the world and is the most commonly used exam for Canadian immigration. There are two versions of this test, the General IELTS and the Academic IELTS. Immigration programs will require applicants to submit results from the General IELTS Exam. The test is comprised to test four abilities: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Each ability is given a score out of nine points. The CELPIP is one of two approved tests for demonstrating English-language proficiency for Canadian immigration. This test is only available in four countries: Canada, the Philippines, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. The test evaluates four abilities: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. 培生 Pearson Test of English Core (PTE Core)
培生核心测试，是培生集团开发，并在近期得到加拿大移民部认可的机考英语测试。与其他标化英语测试类似，考察日常英语环境下的口语、写作、阅读和听力能力；时长仅需2个小时。考试形式为口语及写作共50分钟，阅读及听力各30分钟。
The Pearson Test of English Core (PTE Core) is a new English test that was developed by Pearson to meet IRCC’s language proficiency requirements for Canadian immigration applicants. PTE Core is a computer-based English test that assesses your general speaking, writing, reading and listening skills in a single test in just two hours. Like the other language tests, the PTE will test on the four areas of language ability; reading, writing, listening and speaking.
Speaking and Writing, this section will test your speaking and writing skills in around 50minutes; Reading, this section will test your reading skills in around 30 minutes; Listening, this section will test your listening skills in around 30 minutes.

魁北克省移民语言测试 Quebec Immigration – Language Testing
魁北克省移民申请人，需要提交相应的语言测试成绩证明其英语和/或法语能力。魁省仅接受培训（G）类雅思作为英语水平证明，下列法语语言测试结果可在递交魁省移民时证明申请人的法语能力。
For those who wish to immigrate to Quebec, it may be necessary to prove French-language proficiency and/or English-language proficiency. Quebec immigration programs requiring English-language proficiency will only accept results from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Quebec’s immigration programs require French proficiency to be demonstrated through one of the following French examinations:
- Test d’évaluation du français adapté pour le Québec (TEFAQ)
- Test de connaissance du français pour le Québec (TCF-Québec)
- Test d’évaluation du français (TEF)
