阿尔伯塔省省提名项目 Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP, Formerly known as the AINP)

前身为阿尔伯塔移民提名计划（AINP）的阿省政府管理运营的省级提名移民项目（PNP），现已更名为阿尔伯塔省优势移民项目（AAIP）。具有阿省所需特定技能和工作经验的准移民，有机会获得阿省提名，继而向联邦政府递交加拿大永久居留权申请。目前阿省共有八个省提名通道可供选择。

Alberta is a prosperous province rich in natural beauty and resources.

Located in Western Canada, Alberta is home to two of Canada’s largest cities, Calgary and Edmonton, and is the most populous of the country’s three ‘Prairie provinces’. It is also renowned as one of the most beautiful parts of North America, with famous national parks, such as Banff and Jasper.

The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) operated by the province of Alberta, formerly the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program. Through this program, prospective immigrants with the right mix of skills and work experience needed by the province may receive an Alberta Provincial Nomination Certificate.

If you are nominated through the program, you may apply for permanent residence status together with your spouse or common-law partner, and dependent children. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada manages applications for permanent residence. The federal government also makes final decisions on these applications.

针对已经在阿省生活和工作或计划在此生活和工作的外籍劳工，阿省优势移民项目下设三个申请通道。

The AAIP has 3 streams for foreign workers who are living and working in Alberta, or plan to live and work here:

(1). 阿省机遇类别 Alberta Opportunity Stream

阿尔伯塔机遇类省提名，于2018年6月启动。此类别针对已经在阿省生活和工作，并获得阿省雇主工作机会，得以继续在阿省全职就业的合规候选人。在满足包括工作经验、工作机会、语言能力和教育背景等一系列项目条件的情况下提交阿省省提名申请。该通道类别属于普通纸质省提名，不能给快速通道加600分。

The Alberta Opportunity Stream was launched in June 2018. This stream targets foreign nationals who are already working in Alberta and who have an official offer of employment from their Alberta employer to continue working full-time in the province. Candidates for this stream must meet a range of eligibility requirements regarding work experience, job offer, language proficiency, and education. Applicants in this program must complete and submit a paper-based application for permanent residence.

(2). 阿省快速通道 Alberta Express Entry Stream

阿省快速通道省提名，于2018年6月启动。省提名候选人首先需要在联邦快速通道系统中建档入池。在符合阿省优先抽取因素、且所处行业及工作岗位处于优先考虑之列、同时有助于阿省经济发展，既有可能被阿省政府邀请通过阿省优势移民项目申请省提名。

省提名获批后，即可在快速通道综合打分系统中获得600分加分，确保在下一次快速通道抽取中获得移民邀请函，进而申请加拿大永久居民。此类别还专为医护人员、技术员等提供专门的申请通道。

The Alberta Express Entry stream was launched in June 2018. The stream allows the province to offer provincial nominations to select candidates with active profiles in the federal Express Entry system. Qualified candidates may be invited to apply for nomination who have profiles in the federal Express Entry pool that are aligned with minimum requirements, factors that increase the chances of selection, and provincial economic, sector and occupational priorities.

Express Entry candidates who receive a provincial nomination through this stream will a 600-point increase to their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score, virtually guaranteeing they will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence in the subsequent Express Entry draw. There are also dedicated pathways operated in this stream for healthcare professionals and technology workers.

(2-1). 阿省快速通道-加速技术通道 Alberta Express Entry Stream – Accelerated Tech Pathway

阿省快速通道-加速技术通道，针对已获得指定领域雇主特定紧缺岗位工作机会或从事科技行业相关职业的联邦快速通道候选人，可以快速申请阿省省提名。在满足阿尔伯塔快速通道申请条件的基础上，候选人从事阿省政府指定的38种紧缺技术岗位，或持有指定科技产业合规雇主工作机会的即可申请。

The Accelerated Tech Pathway allows certain Express Entry candidates with an Albertan job offer at a company in a tech industry or in an eligible tech role to apply for nomination with expedited processing.

To be eligible for the Alberta Accelerated Tech Pathway, candidate must be eligible under the Alberta Express Entry stream. Candidates must also be working in one of 38 tech occupations identified as in-demand by the AAIP, or hold a job offer with Alberta employer that is part of an eligible tech industry.

(3). 阿省乡村振兴计划 Rural Renewal Stream

社区需先通过申请获得指定资质，才能招募和支持省提名候选人。在具有指定资质社区获得阿省雇主提供的工作机会，并获得社区背书信的获选人，才有资格通过阿省优势移民项目申请阿省省提名。该通道类别属于普通纸质省提名，不能给快速通道加600分。

Communities must apply for and become designated before they can recruit and endorse qualified candidates. Candidates who have a job offer from an Alberta employer in a designated community, and an endorsement letter from a designated community, can then apply for an AAIP nomination.

企业家通道 Streams for Entrepreneurs

针对计划在阿省定居并在该省购买或创业的企业家，阿省优势移民项目下设四个申请通道。The AAIP has 4 streams for entrepreneurs who plan to live in Alberta and buy or start a business in the province:

(1). 乡村企业家类别 Rural Entrepreneur Stream

计划在阿省乡村社区创业或收购现有企业的企业家，可以提交省提名申请意向书。

Entrepreneurs who want to start a business or buy an existing business in a rural Alberta community can submit an Expression of Interest.

(2). 国际毕业生企业家类别 Graduate Entrepreneur Stream

被阿省认可的高等教育机构的国际毕业生计划在阿省创业或收购现有企业，可以提交省提名申请意向书。

International graduates of approved Alberta post-secondary institutions who want to start a business or buy an existing business can submit an Expression of Interest.

(3). 农场主类别 Farm Stream

具有经验的农场主计划在阿省购买或开辟新的农场，可以提交省提名申请意向书。

Experienced farmers who plan to buy or start a farm in Alberta can apply for nomination.

(4). 境外毕业生企业家类别 Foreign Graduate Entrepreneur Stream

从加拿大境外高等教育机构获得学位的国际毕业生，计划在阿省创办或对现有企业进行创新，可以与指定机构合作提交省提名申请意向书。

Foreign graduates who have a degree from a post-secondary institution outside of Canada and want to launch a start-up enterprise and innovative business can work with a designated agency to submit an Expression of Interest.
